"It's hard to go against the prince," Ivanka Trump said, throwing her support behind Prince Harry.

Joran van der Sloot has been denied his request to void his confession to Peruvian authorities in the death of Stephany Flores.
The Associated Press reports that Superior Court Judge Wilder Casique rejected the motion and the trial will continue without pause.
Peruvian police say Joran is a confessed killer who detailed how he beat Flores to death in a hotel room. He later recanted his confession in an interview with Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf, saying he was "tricked."

A number of personal items from entertainment icon Marilyn Monroe went up for auction over the weekend, including her chest X-rays. ET has the details on how much the items were sold for on the auction block.
Julien's Auctions sold a set of three of Monroe's X-rays taken from a 1954 visit to Cedars of Lebanon Hospital for a record $45,000. The pre-sale estimate on each X-ray was thought to be between $800 and $1,200.
Monroe's chair from her last photo shoot went for $35,000, while the dress of another icon, Audrey Hepburn, went for $56,250. It was the dress Hepburn wore in 'Funny Face.'

'American Pie' actress Mena Suvari tied the knot in Italy on Saturday!
Suvari, 31, wed Simone Sestito, a 25-year-old concert producer, in a church in Vatican City, says People.com. The couple planned on celebrating their nuptials with a private reception outside of the city.
Suvari and Sestito got in engaged in 2008.

'Inception' star Leonardo DiCaprio hung out with Paris and Nicky Hilton in Las Vegas on Friday night, and ET has the details.
The Hilton sisters were joined by Leo and a large group of friends at the owner's table in Surrender Nightclub. The group eventually moved their party to a private, second story bungalow, where the Hiltons danced and downed shots of Patron.

Former Vice President Dick Cheney has been admitted to the hospital.
Cheney was taken to George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C. on Friday after experiencing discomfort, and he's expected to remain there over the weekend, his spokesman tells the Associated Press.
The news agency says Cheney was feeling ill earlier in the day, so he visited his doctors at the university and was subsequently advised to check in to the hospital.
