The Los Angeles County Sheriff confirms that it is now investigating Mel Gibson on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.   The Sheriff's Department previously confirmed that it is already investigating the star for a possible domestic violence incident involving his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his child, Oksana Grigorieva. In the latest Mel Gibson audio tape to go public, the actor angrily tells his girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva that he doesn't "have any [expletive] money" after spending millions of dollars on her during their relationship.  In the new audio -- the fifth containing a recorded conversation between Gibson and Grigorieva released by RadarOnline.com -- the actor is once again heard shouting loudly and panting heavily at times during an expletive-laden rant. Lindsay Lohan checked into a sober living facility owned by attorney Robert Shapiro late Wednesday night in Los Angeles, sources confirm to ET. Read on for details. Hollywood.tv has footage of the troubled starlet's mother, Dina Lohan, an assistant and friend Samantha Ronson. According to the photo agency, Lindsay was already at the facility when her friends and family arrived carrying food, pillows, blankets and laptops. The Pickford Lofts, the facility Lindsay checked into, embraces the 12-step model of treatment while recognizing the individual needs of each person there. The center's philosophy includes random and scheduled urine/breathalyzer tests, helps prepare for long-term sobriety and focuses on healing of relationships with friends and family members. Bristol Palin has rekindled her romance with her son's father Levi Johnston and revealed to Us magazine how Levi proposed to her for the second time. "I came home from work one day and there were tons of flowers in my room," she tells the publication. She says Levi had placed rose pedals on her bed in the shape of a heart and that he got down on one knee and proposed marriage. "There was not hesitation at all," she said of getting engaged. Check out Bristol Palin's lighthearted Public Service Announcement in which a young mother is scolded by her own baby for neglecting his most basic needs.  The new PSA -- released by the Candie's Foundation that works to prevent teen pregnancy -- shows a young mother getting ready to go out with friends when her baby shouts, "Hey, where do you think you're going?" The baby with an attitude then tells his mom she's "not going anywhere" until diapers get changed, bottles get filled, etc. Palin, the 19-year-old daughter of Republican political figure Sarah Palin, has a son of her own -- 18-month-old Tripp -- together with Levi Johnston.
