The attorney for Dr. Conrad Murray is responding to the Houston search warrant affidavit released today as well as the news that a source claimed that Michael Jackson's death will be ruled a homicide.
In a statement to ET, Murray's attorney, Edward Chernoff, says, "Much of what was in the search warrant affidavit is factual. However, unfortunately, much is police theory. Most egregiously, the timeline reported by law enforcement was not obtained through interviews with Dr. Murray, as was implied by the affidavit. Dr. Murray simply never told investigators that he found Michael Jackson at 11:00 am not breathing. He also never said that he waited a mere ten minutes before leaving to make several phone calls. In fact, Dr. Murray never said that he left Michael Jackson's room to make phone calls at all.
"We will not comment on the 'anonymous' law enforcement source that claims that Michael Jackson's ...

The father of reality TV star Ryan Jenkins is speaking out on the tragic circumstances of the last week in which Jenkins was accused of murdering ex-wife Jasmine Fiore and then apparently hung himself in a British Columbia motel room.
Dan Jenkins, an architect in Calgary, tells the Los Angeles Times, "If my son was guilty, he was crazy. He was not the boy we knew. The boy we knew was not capable of anything remotely close to this act."
"Megan Wants a Millionaire" contender Ryan Jenkins was wanted last weekend in an international manhunt after Fiore's body was found in a Buena Park, CA dumpster stuffed in a suitcase, strangled, her fingers and teeth removed. Police say her breast implants helped them identify the body. Jenkins reportedly made a run for the Canadian border and was later discovered Sunday hanged in the motel room.

Etok explains that the idea for her to have a baby with the late King of Pop started as just a casual conversation in October of last year, but soon Jackson became fixated on the idea.
“Loads of my friends were getting married and having kids…I was telling Michael about that," she says. "He thought I'd be a really good mother, and I joked to him that I'd like to have the child now and find Mr. Right later, and he said, 'let's do that.'"

Actor and political activist Alec Baldwin has reacted to rumors that he will be running against Connecticut Senator Joe Lieberman in the 2012 election, according to a report.
Baldwin's spokesperson tells the Associated Press that the "30 Rock" leading man has no plans to move to Connecticut or run against Lieberman. He tells the AP that Baldwin would like to see the independent senator remain in office because there are so few moderate Republicans in Congress. Lieberman, who caucuses with the Democrats in the Senate, was a longtime Democrat but switched his political affiliation to independent in 2006.
This statement differs from what Baldwin told Playboy magazine. "I have sometimes thought I could move to New Jersey or Connecticut and run," the actor told the publication. "I’d love to run against Joe Lieberman. I have no use for him."

Fiore's mother, Lisa Lepore, tells the "Today" show host Ann Curry of hearing the news of Jenkins' death, “It’s a mixed reaction. It brings some closure to what’s been going on. ... We don’t have to worry about looking for him anymore, or being worried that he’s a threat to any other women or men. We still have a long process of closure.”
Fiore's former boyfriend, Robert Hasman, also appeared on the "Today" show and revealed that he was in contact with the swimsuit model via text messaging days before her death. When asked if his contact with Fiore could have pushed Jenkins over the edge, Hasman replies, "I can only assume that that might have been the cause, ...
