Eighteen-year kidnapping victim Jaycee Dugard was represented by her aunt, Tina Dugard, at a press conference today. "Her mother Terry is my sister," Tina said, introducing herself. Though it was obviously an emotional time, she expressed how happy they were to be reunited -- as well as her gratitude to those who helped make it happen.
