Ed Hardy designer and former friend to Michael Jackson, Christian Audigier, will reportedly be taking over the lease to the King of Pop's Holmby Hills mansion.
Audigier is said to be relocating to the estate that is owned by Ed Hardy CEO Hubert Guez, a spokesperson for the clothing line told the Associated Press. Jackson's lease on the mansion will be up on Dec. 15.
The Ed Hardy spokesperson said Audigier has no plans to make the home into a public space.

Tila “Tequila” Nguyen called the San Diego Sherriff’s Department early Sunday morning, alleging that she was choked and physically restrained by a man when she tried to leave his home, ET confirms. At 3:45 a.m., the San Diego Sheriff’s Department responded to a disturbance call made by the MTV reality star, who alleged that her assailant was San Diego Chargers' linebacker Shawne Merriman. Merriman claims he did not harm Nguyen but says she appeared to be intoxicated and he was concerned for her to drive, he said in a statement to the Associated Press. He also said in the statement that when paramedics were called out to the house they did not report any signs of injury on Nguyen.

ET can confirm that an ambulance responded to the home of "Jon & Kate Plus 8" in Wernersville, PA on Saturday.
An officer from the Wernersville Police Department confirms to us that the ambulance responded after an elderly woman fell at the home.
Jon Gosselin later confirmed through his Twitter page that his grandmother had fallen in the driveway.

TV personality Khloe Kardashian is dating a star on the Los Angeles Lakers.
Khloe and the Lakers' Lamar Odom are now an item, says People.com.
"They're very, very happy," Khloe's sister Kim Kardashian tells the site. "They've been together a few weeks, and are literally inseparable. Khloe thinks he's amazing and makes her laugh and smile constantly."

Chris Brown speaks out about the conditions of his sentence for assaulting ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
"I want to understand my feelings," Brown tells People magazine. "I want to find out what really transpired as far as me that night. Sometimes when you're young you don't know how to express [your emotions], so I think it actually would be helpful to talk to a counselor or to somebody who has an expertise in what those [feelings] are."
The judge sentenced Brown to receive five years of probation, six months of community labor in Virginia (his home state), and ordered him to not contact Rihanna and keep 100 yards away from her -- 10 yards if they both attend a music biz event -- for the next five years.

Season one "American Idol" contestant Jim Verraros is making a statement by getting married to his boyfriend -- in Illinois.
The top 10 finalist and boyfriend Bill Brennan will tie the knot in the state where they live, despite the fact that Illinois does not recognize same-sex marriages. "Sadly it isn't legal in Illinois yet," Jim blogs. "But we're hopeful that the time is near.
Jim and Bill met back in 2005. The wedding will take place this weekend in Oak Brook, IL.

Was Debbie Rowe, the mother of Michael Jackson's two older children, invited to the late King of Pop's private burial service, as several reports have suggested? ET sets the record straight.
Contrary to the reports, sources confirm to ET that Rowe was not invited to Thursday night's service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, Calif.
Rowe, who has been grieving privately, had requested the opportunity to say goodbye to Michael in private on Wednesday night. However, she was denied that opportunity and is heartbroken over it.

Mourners at Glendale's Forest Lawn Memorial Park include Elizabeth Taylor, Macaulay Culkin, Mila Kunis, Al Sharpton and Chris Tucker.
