Michael Jackson's dermatologist Arnie Klein is suing over claims the he instructed the late pop star's personal physician Conrad Murray on how to administer Propofol.
Arnie's attorney Richard L. Charnley tells ET that the two docs have never met, or even spoken with each other.
"Dr. Klein did not know that Conrad Murray even existed until his name came out in the press," Richard adds. "Further, Dr. Klein did not provide Propofol to Conrad Murray and obviously did not teach him how to administer it."

Olympic swimmer Amanda Beard is accustomed to gold around her neck and now she has a bundle of blue in her arms. The champion athlete has given birth to a baby boy. According to People, the new mom welcomed Blaise Ray Brown on Tuesday in Los Angeles. The baby weighed in at 7 pounds, 12 ounces. Beard told People, "I was in labor for about 16 hours and it was all worth it. He is happy and healthy and everything went as planned."

ET was at the Badgley Mischka Spring 2010 fashion show in New York City Monday night, where Kim Kardashian, Kara DioGuardi and Fran Drescher shared their thoughts on the death of Patrick Swayze. "Someone just told me on the way in, and I almost got sick," Kara told ET of the sad news. "Cancer -- I've been touched by it in my own family. I'm sure many people out there have. It's just sad whenever you lose anybody to that disease." "I had never met Patrick Swayze, but obviously I'm a huge fan of 'Dirty Dancing' and 'Ghost' and his movies are just legendary," Kim told ET.
