Former Mamas and the Papas singer Michelle Phillips is speaking out about ex step-daughter Mackenzie Phillips' claim that she had a sexual relationship with her father, Mamas and the Papas frontman John Phillips. After a video surfaced last month of what appeared to be "Grey's Anatomy" star Eric Dane, his wife Rebecca Gayheart, and another woman nude together, the couple filed suit Wednesday for copyright infringement. In the suit, the couple claims that Mark Ebner somehow obtained the tape and then delivered it to celebrity news website Gawker.com with the intention to "disseminate" it. The suit says that the website posted nearly four full minutes of the nude video on August 17, and that it was given a takedown notice that same day "demanding that it immediately remove and cease and desist and refrain from exploiting, publishing, posting, displaying, distributing, or otherwise using or disseminating the video…" Read More »

Christopher Andersen, who has previously written about the Kennedys, the Clintons and Princess Diana, puts pen to paper for a new book about the president and first lady, Barack and Michelle: Portrait of an American Marriage. "They have had some very rough times in their marriage," Andersen tells ET, going on to say that the couple's early days were especially difficult as they had big student loans to pay off and his state senator's position didn't pay much. ET has the latest... ET has obtained a new photograph of John Travolta and his wife Kelly Preston arriving at a Bahamas courthouse for a trial related to an alleged extortion attempt. A man and a woman are being prosecuted in the trial for allegedly attempting to extort $25 million from the actor. The trial began on Tuesday and prosecutors are alleging that the paramedic who treated Travolta's late son Jett, 16, threatened to go public with confidential information unless the actor paid him. Travolta testified on Wednesday about the day his son died following a seizure, according to the Associated Press. Trial witnesses took the stand Tuesday morning in a Bahamian courtroom for the beginning of an extortion trial tied to the death of John Travolta's teenage son Jett. Prosecutors alleged that the paramedic who treated Jett, 16, threatened to go public with confidential information unless the actor paid him $25 million, according to the Associated Press.
