Zsa Zsa Gabor's health continues to improve but her husband is now recovering after passing out from exhaustion and injuring his shoulder. The 93-year-old star's publicist, John Blanchette, says Gabor's husband Prince Frederic Von Anhalt collapsed  from exhaustion last night at the couple's Beverly Hills home and hit his shoulder on a table. He has been advised by his doctor to stay in bed and rest for the next two days. Singer Ricky Martin is set to release his autobiography in November and says writing the book was a great spiritual journey. The autobiography -- entitled Me -- will be released in both English and Spanish on November 2, the Grammy Award-winning artist said in a press release Thursday. The Puerto Rican singer has said that preparing to write the book was one of the reasons he decided to reveal earlier this year that he is gay. The owner of the Beverly Hills beauty spa and salon Chez Gabriela Studio was arrested Wednesday afternoon and is facing federal fraud charges after she allegedly took credit card information from her celebrity clients, charging thousands of dollars. The United States Secret Service arrested Maria Gabriela Perez, 51, on two counts of access device fraud, charges that can carry a maximum of 25 years in federal prison. A criminal complaint alleges that Perez ran up nearly $68,000 in unauthorized charges on a credit card belonging to a high-end jewelry designer. ET has learned that Judge Elden Fox and the attorneys in Lindsay Lohan's case met Wednesday afternoon. Both parties met with the judge briefly in chambers. Los Angeles Superior Court Public Information Officer Allan Parachini tells ET that the next hearing date on the matter has been set for August 25 at 9 a.m. to discuss Lohan's treatment status, although the star will not be present. Lohan, who was sentenced to 90 days in rehab after her release from jail, is currently being treated at a rehabilitation facility. Read More »
