ET has obtained a copy of Ted Kennedy's last will and testament, and only we are first to show you the documents… An interesting element to the will is that the executor, Paul Kirk, will fill Kennedy's seat now that he's gone. A former Kennedy staffer, former chairman of the Democratic National Committee and the head of the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation, Kirk was officially named this week as interim senator until a special election in January. The rest of the will, signed by Kennedy and notarized on August 25, 2006, is straightforward business, giving all property "of whatever kind and wherever located" to the trustees of The Edward M. Kennedy 2006 Trust, providing for the payment of debts, funeral and burial expenses and the expenses of administering his estate and related taxes for his wife Victoria R. Kennedy and his children.

It was never my intention to make an official statement about his passing," Somers wrote on her blog, referring to a comment she made about Swayze's cancer treatments.
Somers reportedly talked about Swayze to a Toronto-based columnist of the National Post, saying, "They took this beautiful man and they basically put poison in him. ...
