ET has obtained the restraining order "Gossip Girl" actress Kelly Rutherford acquired on Thursday against her estranged husband Daniel Giersch. Read on for the details. Actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi have been released from a Texas jail following their arrest for allegedly not paying a California hotel bill in excess of $10,000. Quaid and his wife each posted $20,000 bail on Thursday after being locked in jail for several hours, says the Associated Press -- and Presidio County Sheriff Danny Dominguez tells the news agency that he drove the couple to a bank to acquire the bail money. The couple was taken into police custody on Thursday afternoon.
