John Travolta and his wife Kelly Preston returned Wednesday to a Bahamas courthouse for a trial related to an alleged extortion attempt, and Travolta made some startling allegations.
According to the Associated Press, Travolta said in court that a medic, Tarino Lightbourne, who is being investigated for allegedly attempting to extort money from him, threatened to claim that Travolta was responsible for his son Jett's death last January. Travolta signed a document that allowed his son to be taken to the airport instead of the hospital, but in the end, his son was taken to the hospital. Travolta said in court Wednesday that Lightbourne threatened to cite the document as an example to "imply that the death of my son was intentional and I was culpable in some way."

Hollywood power-couple Will and Jada Pinkett Smith will lend themselves to the Nobel Peace Prize Concert according to the Associated Press. The husband and wife will serve as co-hosts of the annual event on December 11 in Oslo, Norway. According to the AP, major acts such as Wyclef Jean, Toby Keith, and Donna Summer will perform as well. The Smith’s said in a statement, "The opportunity to recognize the laureate's contributions to the world peace movement will be an awe-inspiring experience. We are both humbled and honored to take part in the Nobel Peace Prize Concert this year."

The lawyers who represented Michael Jackson during his molestation trial, in which he was ultimately acquitted of 14 charges, are now suing the late singer's estate.
ET can confirm that attorneys Thomas Mesereau Jr. and Susan Yu have filed a $341,452 claim against Jackson's estate.
The attorneys claim they are owed the money for legal services rendered after the trial, from approximately July 2005 through February 2006.

ET's Kevin Frazier caught up with Lamar Odom and his Los Angeles Lakers teammates to get their reactions to Odom's weekend wedding to reality star Khloe Kardashian.
Team leader Kobe Bryant said Lamar talked about Khloe differently than other girls, referring to her as his soulmate. "The wedding itself was very peaceful, very well done. Everyone had a wonderful time," Kobe tells ET of the Sunday ceremony.
Lamar talks to Kevin about making the leap from sports star to celebrity, saying, "Crossing over has never been a problem for me. ... I'm still Lamar."

ET has learned that Disney will offer free park admission in 2010 -- and it's all for a good cause. Read on to learn more, and hear Teri Hatcher and James Denton help bring awareness to the effort. Disney Parks announced its "Give a Day, Get a Disney Day" program that aims to inspire one million people to volunteer at a participating organization and get a free day of admission to a Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort theme park. "As you can see there's lots of volunteers here and they’re excited about it, too," Teri says. "I’m a big believer in volunteering, and honestly the feeling that you get when you volunteer and give back is everything -- and you wouldn’t even need the Disney day, but that's the icing on the cake.”

A private memorial service will take place for the late actor Patrick Swayze -- ET has the details.
The service will be held on Sunday, Oct. 4 at 4 p.m. at Sony Studios, ET confirms.
In lieu of flowers, people are being asked to make donations to either The Patrick Swayze Pancreas Cancer Research Fund (donations made payable to Stanford University for The Patrick Swayze Pancreas Cancer Research Fund) or Stand Up To Cancer.

The late Patrick Swayze's memoir, The Time of My Life, has been released and reveals the actor's fear of facing death while battling cancer.
"When my doctors ... said the words 'pancreatic cancer,' a single thought popped into my head: 'I'm a dead man,'" Swayze's memoir reads. "I was not ready to go, and I'd be damned if this disease was going to take me before I was good and ready."
In the book, the 'Dirty Dancing' actor wrote that he wanted to understand what he was up against so he could fight the cancer as best he could. "Fighting cancer has been the most challenging eye-opening experience I've ever had, and it has sent me on an emotional journey deeper than anything I've ever felt before," Swayze wrote.

The official cause of death for Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein has been released.
The New York City Medical Examiner tells ET that Goldstein died of "acute intoxication" due to the combined effects of cocaine, oxycodone, hydrocodone (Vicodin), Ativan, Klonopin, Xanax, Benadryl and Levamisole -- a drug that is used to cut cocaine.
The cause of death is listed as "accident (substance abuse)."

After sustaining a head injury Friday while performing a "Tonight Show" stunt, Conan O'Brien returned to work Monday night and joked about his accident. "As many of you may know, on this past Friday's show I was doing a stunt and I hit my head and suffered a slight concussion. And I promise, if you're a good audience, I'll do it again tonight," the funnyman said while taping his monologue on Monday. O'Brien, who injured his head when he slipped and fell during a stunt with guest Teri Hatcher, joked about the media attention he received, saying: "So tune in tomorrow when Eva Longoria [Parker] pushes me down an elevator shaft.”
