ET spoke with Gayle King -- editor at large for Oprah Winfrey's O magazine and the talk show maven's best friend -- and she opens up about the recent lawsuit against Oprah. Video: Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook’s Day in Court

Christie Brinkley and her ex-husband, Peter Cook, finally reached a post-divorce settlement on Tuesday. ET cameras were there as the former couple added insult-to-injury while talking separately to the press outside a New York courthouse. "This is parental interference. I'm not going to put up with it," Cook told reporters about his battle with Brinkley over parental custody arrangements. "This isn't about a stupid girlfriend. It's a mother keeping her child from the father he loves." Cook filed a motion, requesting that Brinkley "undergo anger management, for the appointment of a parenting coordinator, and for the children's passports to be held by a third party." Read More »

First Witness Testifies in Anna Nicole Smith Court Hearing

A preliminary hearing began in a Los Angeles courtroom Tuesday morning in the criminal case against attorney Howard K. Stern, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who are pleading not guilty after being charged on counts of conspiracy to furnish the late Anna Nicole Smith with drugs. A California Department of Justice narcotics investigator took the stand and testified about what he discovered in the Florida hotel room where Smith collapsed before her death in February 2007, the Associated Press reports. According to Agent Danny Santiago, 12 bottles with 11 types of drugs, including diazepam and clonazepam, were found in the hotel room, reports AP. Read More »

Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook Have Reached a Settlement

Christie Brinkley's attorney, Peter Coronia, told ET in a statement that his client is "completely vindicated." The model and her ex-husband Peter Cook were scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday to settle a dispute regarding custody issues with their children. Cook filed a motion, requesting that Brinkley "undergo anger management, for the appointment of a parenting coordinator, and for the children's passports to be held by a third party." Coronia says that none of these requests are included in the settlement agreed upon by both parties. Jon Gosselin Fires Back: Kate’s Made Her Own Money Withdrawals

"The Insider" breaks the news that Jon Gosselin has filed court papers in which he accuses his estranged wife Kate of making unauthorized money withdrawals. The story follows: Jon claims one of the reasons Kate filed an emergency petition last week was “to cover up the fact that she removed hundreds of thousands of dollars from the marital estate” prior to filing for divorce from him in June. He also claims Kate violated the terms of their divorce arbitrator’s awards by writing checks and/or withdrawing funds totaling more than $60,000 from one joint account between June 15 and September 15, and approximately $9,800 from a second account in mid-July.
