Steve Phillips -- former General Manager of the New York Mets -- has been fired from his job as a baseball analyst at ESPN, following reports that surfaced last week that Phillips had an affair with a female coworker. A spokesperson for the cable network released the following statement to ET: "[Phillips'] ability to be an effective representative for ESPN has been significantly and irreparably damaged, and it became evident it was time to part ways." Court Papers: Mom Admitted ‘Balloon Boy’ Incident Was a Hoax

ET has obtained court records released Friday indicating that Mayumi Heene told the police she and her husband Richard knew their little boy Falcon, who was feared to have floated off in a balloon device, was safe at home all along. The search warrant affidavit says Mayumi told investigators that the incident was a publicity stunt designed to enhance the family’s marketability to the press. The document says she and Richard came up with the alleged ruse two weeks earlier, and the balloon device "was specifically made to carry out this hoax. ... she and Richard had instructed their three children to lie to authorities as well as the media regarding this hoax." Justin Timberlake Granted Restraining Order

ET has obtained the temporary restraining order Justin Timberlake secured against an accused stalker. Karen McNeil, 48, is accused in the papers of being “an obsessed mentally unstable celebrity stalker” who, on Thursday, allegedly trespassed onto Timberlake's property and attempted to enter his home, “claiming that she knew him, was a friend and that he was expecting her inside.” The papers say Timberlake doesn’t know McNeil and they’ve never spoken. ET’s Mark Steines Shows Artistic Side in Photography Book

Charlie Sheen, Patricia Heaton, Camryn Manheim, and more descended upon the illuminated ET stage Thursday to support our own Mark Steines. Our host took time off from his on-camera duties and stepped behind the lens as he traveled through Africa, chronicling his trip with photographs in the book "See the Light -- A Passage to Sierra Leone." Steines said, "This is just my way of bringing about a little change in the world. I'm making a difference and doing it with something that I absolutely love doing, and that is taking pictures." The stars gave Steines' photography rave reviews with Heaton and Manheim both calling him a "spectacular photographer." Attorney: Jon Gosselin Returns Money, Kate Has Not

Money removed from a joint account shared by Jon and Kate Gosselin is the center of a court order directed at the estranged "Jon & Kate Plus 8" stars. According to People.com, Jon's attorney says he is in "complete compliance" with the order asking him to return $180,000 – but Kate is not. Both Jon and Kate had filed contempt motions against each other for allegedly violating their divorce guidelines for how money from a joint account should be spent – and Kate had been ordered to account for approximately $55,000 she has withdrawn. ESPN Analyst Affair Scandal: Restraining Order and Divorce Papers

In new court papers obtained by ET, Brooke Hundley, the purported mistress of ESPN analyst Steve Phillips, alleges that he coerced her into a relationship. ET has obtained the restraining order sought by Hundley after she says she was harassed by Phillips. The handwritten complaint states, in part: "Steve bought me a strong drink and then cornered me while coming out of the bathroom with no one in sight trying to persuade me to come to his hotel suite to spend the night."
