ET has obtained the temporary restraining order granted to Ryan Seacrest on Friday against an accused stalker. Chidi Benjamin Uzomah Jr., 25, has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Seacrest, who claims he doesn’t know Uzomah and has “no desire to have any contact with him.” In the papers, Seacrest accuses Uzomah of stalking, harassing and violently pursuing him for the past two months. The star cites one incident on Sept. 15 in which Uzomah showed up at Children’s Hospital of Orange County armed with a switchblade and "attacked a personal security guard attempting to protect me." Nicole Richie Granted Temporary Restraining Order Against Photographers

ET has obtained court documents in which two photographers have been temporarily ordered to stay away from Nicole Richie. Read on for details. A Los Angeles judge made the ruling on Friday, ordering Ivon Emilio Melo Miguel, 33, and Eduardo Cerri Arrivabene, 29, to stay at least 100 yards away from Richie and her two-year-old daughter Harlow, and her six-week-old son, Sparrow. In court papers obtained by ET, Richie cites an October 5 car accident, claiming the photographers "caused a car collision, damaging my vehicle and injuring me while [they] were attempting to take photographs of my family and me." Judge Orders Trial for Three Defendants in Anna Nicole Smith Case

ET has learned that a Los Angeles judge on Friday ordered that Anna Nicole Smith's former companion and two of her former doctors stand trial on charges of allegedly providing the late star with prescription drugs illegally. The decision was made following a three-week preliminary hearing that was held to determine if attorney Howard K. Stern, psychiatrist Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor should stand trial. ET has learned that Stern faces 11 felony counts, while Eroshevich and Kapoor each face six felony counts. If they are convicted of all charges, each defendant could face more than five years in state prison. Read More »
