Paris Hilton's rep is setting the record straight, following tabloid reports that Hilton and boyfriend Doug Reinhardt got into a physical argument on Halloween that led to her phone being thrown out the window. Hilton's rep tells ET that the reports from Saturday night have been "grossly misrepresented" and "blown out of proportion by the paparazzi." The socialite's rep explains Paris' side of the story, saying, "Doug had thrown Paris’ phone to a friend inside the car and it went out of the window by accident. ET confirms that actor Mel Gibson and girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva have welcomed a baby girl. Baby Lucia was born on Friday, October 30 at a Los Angeles hospital. Gibson has seven children from his marriage to estranged wife Robyn. Following her tearful declaration that dating Jon Gosselin has been difficult and painful for her -- Hailey Glassman is now thanking those who supported her honesty. A French lawyer representing director Roman Polanski reveals that a new "very, very significant" cash amount will be offered for the director's bail on Monday, according to a new report. The Associated Press reports that attorney Herve Temime told a French radio station on Sunday that the 76-year-old's latest bail offer would be in cash, after Swiss authorities rejected a previous bail offer last Friday that was not a cash offer. Janet Weidenheimer, who was also known as Nana Janet on "Jon and Kate Plus 8," has passed away. ET can confirm that Janet died on Oct. 28. Funeral services were scheduled to take place Saturday in Pennsylvania.
