Lindsay Lohan was ordered by a judge on Wednesday to undergo psychotherapy and a strict outpatient rehab program after being released from a rehab facility on Tuesday. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox ruled that Lohan is to undergo addiction counseling sessions several times a week until November, the Associated Press reports. In addition, Lohan, 24, is also ordered to have random drug and alcohol tests. "She has changed," attorney Shawn Chapman Holley reportedly said of her client Lohan. "She's healthy. Lindsay Lohan was released from her court-ordered rehab facility Tuesday afternoon, her civil attorney Ed McPherson tells ET. The 24-year-old actress was initially ordered to receive 90 days of treatment as part of a court order, following her jail sentence for violating the terms of her probation from a 2007 DUI case. Nick Loeb, 35, had to be extracted by a rescue team after crashing off a cliff in yesterday near Beverly Glen Blvd. in Bel Air, Calif. around 4:30 p.m. He was alone in the vehicle at the time of the accident, the cause of which is currently unknown.
