Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger, the heroic pilot who safely executed an emergency water landing in New York City's Hudson River last January, will serve as the Tournament of Roses® 2010 Grand Marshal. Read on for details… The 121st Rose Parade, themed "2010: A Cut Above the Rest," will honor everyday heroes. ET has obtained a statement from the rep of Levi Johnston to Twitter claiming that the father to Sarah Palin's grandchild was being impersonated on the social networking site.
The tweets posted to the account were read as spoken word poetry by William Shatner last night, November 5, on the "Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien" and it was implied that it was, in fact, the official tweets made by Johnston himself.
Johnston's rep released the following statement: "My client, Levi Johnston, is being impersonated on your media (Twitter) and this is leading to libel and slanderous statements being attributed to him. ... We want you to put an immediate end to this illegal activity. ... You are being used as a medium to promote this illegality and we want immediate action. ... You are now on notice and must take steps to put an end to what is clearly against ...

Morgan Freeman has reportedly settled a lawsuit regarding a 2008 car accident that left the star injured. The Associated Press reports that the star, who was sued by Demaris Meyer back in February, has settled the suit. "We're all glad it's over with," Freeman's attorney Jack Hayes Jr. told the AP.

Rue McClanahan has been hospitalized -- ET has the details.
The beloved "Golden Girls" star went in for a physical, as she had been experiencing shortness of breath. Her doctor found that she had a heart problem, requiring bypass surgery.
A rep for Rue says the surgery went off without a hitch yesterday, Wednesday Nov. 4th, in a New York hospital. We're told she's doing great and the doctors say the surgery was a complete success.

Josh Duhamel is speaking out about the tabloid rumors that allege the actor had sex with an Atlanta stripper.
“This is not the first nor will it be the last time that a stripper was paid a large amount of money to sell a false story about a celebrity," his rep said in a statement. "This story is absolutely ridiculous. It is unfortunate that we have to respond to a story that was created because money was exchanged between a tabloid and this woman."
