"Seeing Save the Children's innovative programs in action, I know that we can begin to reverse the childhood poverty crisis," says the former Spice Girl. "I'm pleased Brooklyn is learning that by helping and joining other children he can play a role in making his generation the greatest yet." One in six children in America lives in poverty, and Clay County is one of the poorest counties in America, resulting in poor cognitive and emotional development, illiteracy and obesity.

ET has obtained the booking photo for Richard Heene -- and the details about how he turned himself in. Heene turned himself in Thursday at the Larimer County Detention Center on charges of attempting to influence a public servant, which is a class four felony. His wife, Mayumi Heene, was not present. He was released on a $5000 bond.

Kourtney Kardashian talks to HTV about Mike Tyson and marriage.
Kourtney was caught on camera when she joined her sister Kim and brother Rob for dinner at Il Sole on Wednesday night. When asked if she would ever hit a paparazzi like Tyson allegedly did at LAX she jokes, "Don't test me."
Kourtney also shot down rumors that she would be getting married while pregnant.

ET has confirmed that the District Attorney’s Office of Larimer & Jackson Counties in Colorado have in fact filed charges against Richard and Mayumi Heene, the parents of the so-called "Balloon Boy."
Richard has been charged with one count of attempting to influence a public servant, a class 4 felony, while his wife is charged with one count of false reporting to authorities, a class 3 misdemeanor. If found guilty of such charges, Richard could face 2-6 years in the Department of Corrections and a fine of $2,000 to $500,000. Mayumi could receive up to six months in county jail and a fine of $50 to $750.
Richard and Mayumi have been accused of falsely reporting that their six-year-old son Falcon was stuck in a flying experimental balloon. He was later found to have been in the family's garage.

ET has confirmed that Richard and Mayumi Heene, parents of the so-called "Balloon Boy" -- will plead guilty.
Mayumi will plead guilty to false reporting to authorities, which is a class 3 misdemeanor, while Richard will plead guilty to attempting to influence a public servant, which is a class four felony.
Both Mayumi and Richard could face up to 90 days in jail along with probation.

Brooke Hundley, ex-mistress to Steve Phillips, gave her side of the story Thursday morning, speaking out as to why she sent the cryptic four-page letter to Phillips' wife detailing her affair with the former ESPN sports analyst and the fear that, she says, kept her in the relationship.
Hundley told "Good Morning America" correspondent Kate Snow that her actions that led to Phillips' wife, Marni, making a 911 call were all "just an avenue to get people to pay attention."
"The same fear that I heard in [Marni] -- and I listened to the 911 call after the fact -- was a similar fear to how I felt."

While in New York to accept the award for "Crossover Star" at the Fleshbot Awards, Johnston revealed whether Palin has extended an invitation for him to join her family's Thanksgiving feast. He said, "Not that I know of. I haven't heard it."

The L.A. County Coroner's office confirms to ET that a contestant who participated in the reality series "Wipeout," Tom Sparks, has died. A source tells ET the 33-year-old was admitted to the hospital approximately two weeks ago after complaining of knee pain during the taping of the popular ABC show.
ABC and the company that produces "Wipeout," Endemol, released a joint statement to ET: "We offer our heartfelt condolences to the family. This is a tragic loss and our thoughts are with them at this time."
According to the Idaho Mountain Express, Tom's father Bill Sparks says doctors think Tom's stroke was likely caused by a pre-existing disease that causes unnatural blood clotting called antiphospholipid antibody syndrome (APS).

ET has obtained Mike Tyson's booking sheet following his reported detainment by police at LAX airport in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The 43-year-old former boxing champ was arrested at 4:55 p.m., booked and later released at 8:24 p.m. His bail amount was listed as $20,000.
The Associated Press reports that Tyson detained by police on suspicion of battery following an incident involving a photographer at a United Airlines ticket counter. According to the news agency, the photographer says Tyson hit him, and the photographer fell to the ground and cut his forehead. A rep for the boxer, however, tells the AP that Tyson was traveling with his wife and 10-month-old baby and was attacked by the photographer. The rep tells the AP that Tyson was acting in self-defense to protect his infant.
