A federal judge has reportedly dismissed a plagiarism lawsuit against "The View" co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck. The Associated Press reports that U.S. District Judge Joseph Tauro dismissed the lawsuit last week after the attorney for Susan Hassett did not pursue it. Hassett claimed that Hasselbeck plagiarized content from a book on celiac disease she authored. Attorney Richard Cunha said Monday that he believed there was some plagiarism, but not enough that Hassett could be awarded monetary damages, the AP reports.

ET has learned that Joe Jackson, the father of Michael Jackson, is still seeking to dismiss the executors of his late son's estate with a new appeal filed in court. According to the papers, filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Jackson objects to the appointment of John Branca and John McClain as executors of the estate and requests that they be dismissed in an appeal of the final order delivered by the judge on November 10. Last week, Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff decided that Jackson cannot challenge the executors of the King of Pop's will or inherit the late star's assets, according to the Associated Press. The judge said that the 81-year-old Jackson patriarch can follow through with a motion to seek a family allowance from Michael's estate -- but he cannot inherit his late son's assets because he is not named in the will.

A Los Angeles judge granted a three-year restraining order that keeps two photographers away from Nicole Richie and her two young children.
The two men, Ivon Emilio Melo Miguel, 33, and Eduardo Cerri Arrivabene, 29, have been ordered to stay 50 yards away from the mom and her two-year-old daughter, Harlow, and her infant son, Sparrow, except for at "celebrity publicity events."
In court papers obtained last month by ET, Richie cites an October 5 car accident, claiming the photographers "caused a car collision, damaging my vehicle and injuring me while [they] were attempting to take photographs of my family and me."

Sarah Palin called him "Ricky Hollywood" and noted his so-called "porn" career while talking to Oprah Winfrey today -- only ET is with Levi Johnston to get his reaction to her interview.
The former Alaska governor is pitted against the father of her grandchild in a public battle of words, her daughter's ex paying close attention as she calls him a liar while daughters Willow and Piper watch on.
Sarah went on to tell Oprah that Levi never lived with them, a point of fact that Levi contends. "She's basically calling me a liar," he fumes. "That's total bullsh*t. I did [live with the Palin family] for a few months, then we split up and that was it."

Actress Brooke Shields was honored for her work with depression advocacy at the Hope for Depression Research Foundation New York Seminar and Luncheon on Monday -- and we asked the star whether she thought former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin may have suffered from postpartum depression while campaigning for office last year. ET raised the question to Shields (who battled her own postpartum depression after the birth of her daughter Rowan in 2003) after a Vanity Fair report last August claimed that John McCain's aides questioned Palin's mental state and raised the question, "Was it possible that [Palin] was experiencing postpartum depression?" "I'm certainly in no position to talk about Sarah Palin's biochemistry," Shields, who was presented with the Inaugural HOPE Award for Depression Advocacy, told ET. "I don't know her or her insides, but you know, again, I think the interesting thing to take out of that -- that in an odd way, ...
