ET confirms that the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department wants to re-interview Mel Gibson. The LASD tells ET that they wish to ask the star about an alleged extortion plot purported by his ex, Oksana Grigorieva. Three people have been charged with felony counts related to allegedly illegally providing the late model and actress with drugs. Howard K. Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich have pleaded not guilty to drug conspiracy charges. South Carolina developer G. Ben Thompson testified under oath on Tuesday that while Anna Nicole stayed at his home in 2005, he twice witnessed her taking pills brought to her by Howard.
