Stars collided with rock n' rollers on Saturday night for a night of comedy and music to benefit The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
"It's like Thanksgiving or a holiday, you always look forward to it," Fox said of the evening.
TV star Denis Leary came out for the event and talked to ET about his friend's charity. "It's obviously a great cause and a lot of fun. ... One of the highlights, generally speaking, is when Mike Fox gets up on stage to play with the rock n' roll hall of famers."

The "CNN Heroes: All-Star Tribute" recognized those that inspire and impact others on an everyday basis. ET's Kevin Frazier joined celebs Carrie Underwood, Neil Patrick Harris, Kate Hudson, Eva Mendes and many more as they honored these influential men and women.
"These are the people that make the world better, they inspire," Underwood told ET Saturday night.
"There's an award show every month it seems now in Hollywood. So, it's nice to be involved in one that introduces the world to people that really, really truly deserve awards, that are sort of unsung heroes," Harris said of the honorary evening.

John Travolta, his wife Kelly Preston and their daughter Ella Bleu made an emotional public appearance at their hometown of Ocala, FL on Friday night, as John thanked the crowd for supporting him and his family after the loss of his son, Jett. The Associated Press reports that the Travoltas made their first public appearance at a screening of Disney's 'Old Dogs,' while helping to raise money for charity. Travolta was noticeably emotional, according to the AP, as he thanked his fans for being supportive of his family after the tragic death of his 16-year-old son Jett last January.

Is Jon and Kate Gosselin's "War of the Roses" over? Only ET interviewed both sides after they met face to face in Pennsylvania on Saturday -- and apparently reached an agreement, in principal, on the terms of their divorce arbitration. Plus, we break news about Jon's love pledge to Kate!ET special correspondent Diane Dimond reports that after the feuding ex-couple met with an arbitrator for about five hours, both sides emerged to say they’d reached an agreement. Dimond says the arbitrator will commit Jon and Kate’s agreement points, along with his own recommendations, to a document. Lawyers expect to receive the document in approximately 30 days, and both sides have agreed to abide by whatever the arbitrator rules.

ET confirms that Levi Johnston's mother Sherry Johnston has been sentenced to five years in jail, following her guilty plea to a drug charge stemming from her arrest last December. Sherry’s lawyer tells us she only faces two years of actual incarceration: Two of her five years were suspended, and she’ll receive one year of “good time” credit as well as credit for the three months she’s already served. She could possibly serve her time at home via an ankle monitor due to her lack of criminal history, her lawyer adds. Sherry also faces three years of probation once she gets out of jail or off the ankle monitor.

Dr. Phil McGraw, who rose to fame appearing on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” and eventually launched his own TV program, is opening up to ET about the news that Lady O is ending her show in 2011.
“This is a very nostalgic moment for me. Oprah Winfrey is first and foremost one of my dearest friends and obviously the person who taught me everything I know about television,” Dr. Phil tells us.
“Her show was home for me for five of the most exciting years of my life. ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’ is the gold standard and I know that she will succeed at whatever she chooses to do next.”

Publisher HarperCollins says the first-day sales for Sarah Palin’s new memoir are among the best ever for a nonfiction book.
The publisher reports that Palin’s book, Going Rogue: An American Life, sold 300,000 copies its first day out, says the Associated Press. Former President Bill Clinton’s My Life sold 400,000 copies the day it was released in 2004, and Hillary Rodham Clinton’s Living History moved 200,000 copies one year earlier.
ET was on the ground in Grand Rapids, MI on Wednesday for Palin's first stop on her book tour, where a list of rules for those waiting to get their copy of the book had been posted!
