The blonde woman taken from Tiger Woods' home on a stretcher has been identified as the pro golfer's mother-in-law, Barbro Holmberg, and ET can confirm she is in stable condition. Lawyers for a doctor accused of illegally providing Anna Nicole Smith with drugs are requesting that his ability to practice medicine not be suspended pending an outcome of that matter. Lawyers for Dr. Sandeep Kapoor are petitioning a California court, asking a judge to disregard a request from the Medical Board of California which would prohibit the doctor from practicing pending a possible conviction. The lawyers say in court papers that taking away Kapoor's ability to practice medicine before any possible conviction was a violation of due process rights provided by the constitution. Kapoor, along with Smith's former companion Howard K. Stern and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, has been ordered to stand trial on charges of allegedly providing the late star with prescription drugs illegally.
