A lawyer for Michaele and Tareq Salahi, who are alleged to have crashed the White House State Dinner last month, says they will plead the fifth if subpoenaed by Congress, according to a new report.
The Associated Press reports that the House Homeland Security Committee plans to vote Wednesday to subpoena the couple, and a lawyer for the couple says they will invoke their constitutional fifth amendment right to not incriminate themselves.
According to the AP, the Secret Service is undertaking a criminal investigation regarding the alleged security breach, but charges have not been referred for prosecution.

Model Brooklyn Decker is opening up to ET about teaming up with Elle Magazine to help launch fitness DVDs.
Brooklyn, along with Elle Creative Director Joe Zee sat down with ET to discuss the new endeavor. "We do a Make Better issue every year. ... We wanted to do something this year that sort of took this idea and made it come to life," Zee told ET, explaining that the DVDs include not only fitness, but also nutrition and beauty tips.
"I think a lot of women are feeling the pressure from their peers, from the media, and I think really what it's about is presenting this really healthy, active, happy sort of image for women to look up to," Brooklyn, who is married to tennis pro Andy Roddick, said about participating in the DVDs.

Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has settled a lawsuit over a September 2008 South Carolina plane crash that killed four people. Barker has settled the lawsuit against several companies, including Learjet, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. and the owners of the plane and its contractors. An attorney representing some of the companies told the AP that the terms of the settlement were confidential.

ET has the frantic 911 call where a caller tells the dispatcher that the mother of Tiger Woods' wife Elin, Barbro Holmberg, had collapsed. Click HERE to listen.
"Oh my God, hurry up," she says in a panic. "My mom just collapsed." Once the 911 operator is able to calm the caller down, the caller checks on her 57-year-old mother.
The caller returns to the phone, still out of breath, but says that her mom is now fine. She then changes phones to get closer to her mother and tells the operator that her mom is now talking to her. "She collapsed and she fainted. She was down for awhile," the caller describes the condition of Barbro. "I heard her fall and then I ran in there and tried to get her up." The caller tells the dispatcher that her mom does not have a history of heart problems.

ET has learned that Gatorade has discontinued Gatorade Tiger Focus, a Tiger Woods product. A Gatorade spokesperson released the following statement to ET: "As reported last month, we decided several months ago to discontinue Gatorade Tiger Focus along with some other products to make room for our planned series of innovative products in 2010. We hope to share more about our 2010 plans soon."

Law enforcement officials arrested two people in Michigan after they attempted to extort actor John Stamos for $680,000.
Allison Coss and Scott Sippola have been charged with threatening to sell photos of Stamos unless he agreed to pay them, the Associated Press reports.
According to AP, an undercover FBI agent arranged to meet them at an airport near Marquette, Michigan when the two were arrested and taken into custody last week.

Tiger Woods' mother-in-law Barbro Holmberg has been released from a Florida hospital.
The Associated Press reports that Holmberg was released Tuesday afternoon after spending 11 hours in the hospital. She returned to Woods' mansion, the AP also reports.
ET received the following statement from Holmberg's office this morning, "Last evening Barbro was admitted to Health Center Hospital with stomach pain. She is in stable condition and undergoing evaluation. This is confirmed by a member of the family." Holmberg is the mother of Woods' wife Elin.

An Orange County family court has reportedly denied a request to expand visitation rights to Jesse James' ex-wife, adult film star Janine Lindemulder, after she sought overnight visits with their 5-year-old daughter, Sunny.
According to court records obtained by the LA Times, Lindemulder has weekly visitation rights with her daughter but only during daylight hours. Though her request for regular overnight visits was turned down, the court did rule that Lindemulder could keep the child on Christmas Eve so long as she returned her daughter to James by noon of Christmas Day, the Times reports.
Lindemulder was recently released from prison after spending six months behind bars. James and Lindemulder's daughter currently lives with James and his actress wife Sandra Bullock.

ET is with Bryant Gumbel after he announced his battle with lung cancer this morning.
"I just basically told the truth," he said of revealing he had surgery to remove a malignant tumor in his chest and part of his lung.
Speaking about his condition today, he says, "I've felt better, to be honest, not as strong as I'd like to be ... but I feel ok."

Not even a month after TLC's "Jon & Kate Plus 8" took its final bow, Kate Gosselin is spotted with a camera crew in tow.
Raleigh, NC local news station WRAL is reporting that the reality show mom spent three hours at a local restaurant called Finch's serving food as cameras were on hand to capture her every move.
Gosselin's longtime bodyguard, Steve Neild, told a WRAL reporter that they were shooting a test segment for a future program and then asked the reporter to leave the eatery.
