Bridget Moynahan, mother of Tom Brady's two-year-old son Jack, is now commenting on the football star’s new baby with his wife Gisele Bundchen.
"I wish [Tom and Gisele] the best with their baby,” Bridget told People magazine in a statement Wednesday. “I'm sure my son will enjoy having a half sibling. I ask the press to respect our privacy while we are welcoming this new addition to our extended family."
Bridget gave birth to Jack following her break-up with Tom, and after he had been dating Gisele for months.

Kim Kardashian responds to the numerous reports that Tiger Woods was unfaithful to his wife Elin, and talks to ET about the stereotype that all athletes cheat.
Kim is dating New Orleans Saints player Reggie Bush, while her sister Khloe is married to Los Angeles Lakers star Lamar Odom. When asked by ET what advice she would offer to Tiger and Elin, the reality star reacts, "I wouldn't have any advice for them because I've never been in their shoes. I've never been in a situation like hers and to feel betrayed and cheated on, whatever the story is. ...But who knows what's true and what's not true."
She continues, "You never know who to believe or what to believe."

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady confirmed the news that he and his supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen welcomed a new bundle of joy to their family on Tuesday night.
Bündchen gave birth to a baby boy, making this the first baby for the supermodel and the second child for Brady, who has 2-year-old son, John, with actress Bridget Moynahan.
"It went great," Brady told reporters at a press conference at Gillette Stadium Wednesday morning. "I didn't get much sleep, but I think that's most of us around here this time of year. I think everyone is doing well."

Socialite Paris Hilton took to her Twitter handle on Tuesday night to reveal that her sister Nicky's home had been burglarized.
"It's unbelievable how my sister called the cops over an hour ago and they still haven't shown up. Her house just got robbed, so messed up," Paris tweeted. "I HATE people who steal! It's so wrong! I hope they catch whoever did this! There has been so many robberies lately. So scary!"
Four people were charged with felonies in October after allegedly burglarizing the homes of several celebrities including Lindsay Lohan, Megan Fox, Ashley Tisdale and "The Hills" star Audrina Patridge.
