In his final broadcast as the anchor of ABC's "World News," Charles Gibson thanked his colleagues and viewers and passed the torch to Diane Sawyer, who takes over for him on Monday. Gibson, who has anchored the program since May 2006, said in his closing statement: “As has been mentioned a time or six over the past week -- this is my last broadcast in this chair. And it's hard to walk away from what I honestly think is the best job in the world -- but my parents taught me you should understay, not overstay, your welcome. And there is so much to do. Ivana Trump is reportedly splitting from her fourth husband. The Associated Press reports that Trump filed for divorce from Rossano Rubicondi on Friday. According to the AP, Trump -- who married Rubicondi in April 2008 -- said in a statement that the couple found it hard to make time to be with each other partly because Rubicondi mainly lives and works in Italy.

ET has obtained court papers stating that Melvin Shane Sparks, who's been a choreographer on the reality series "So You Think You Can Dance" and a judge on the MTV show "America's Best Dance Crew," has been charged with eight counts of child molestation. Sparks, 40, was arrested by the LAPD on Friday. His bail was set at $590,000. In the papers, Sparks is accused of committing the eight felony offenses against a minor between 1994 and 1997.

TAG Heuer, a Swiss watch company, announced Friday a plan to cut back on advertisements that use the image of Tiger Woods.
"The partnership with Tiger Woods will continue," said Jean-Christophe Babin, president and CEO of TAG Heuer, "but we will downscale the use of his image in certain markets for a period of time, depending on his decision about returning to professional golf. We will continue to actively support the Tiger Woods Foundation."The company's statement also said its decision to "modify" Tiger's role was made in order to "respect his desire of privacy."

"Oye como va!" Guitar hero Carlos Santana helped raise nearly $40,000 toward fighting hunger, and ET has the details.
In November, Santana partnered with Three Square Food Bank, World Hunger Year (WHY) and AEG Live to help children in need by collecting food and monetary donations at his resident show, Supernatural Santana: A Trip Through the Hits, at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Plus, the “Smooth” artist’s Milagro Foundation made a donation toward the cause.
The combined efforts raised close to $40,000, which will help provide 120,000 meals to Las Vegas families in need.

Who-ville police "arrested" the Grinch on charges of stealing Christmas at Universal Studios Hollywood as the Los Angeles County Sheriff and dozens of elementary schoolchildren looked on.
The stunt was a kick off to the 13 Days of Grinchmas at the theme park. Some features of Grinchmas include a Grinchmas Winter Wonderland with real snow, nightly tree lighting of the 60 foot Grinchmas tree, and celeb readings of Dr. Seuss' famous book, The Grinch Who Stole Christmas!

ET has obtained a statement from Jon Gosselin's attorney Mark Heller after the news that Jon and Kate Gosselin's divorce was finalized on Friday. Heller released the following statement to ET: "While the arbitration proceedings are still a work in progress, Jon and Kate will remain binded in their commitment to their eight wonderful children. Jon is confident that he and Kate will be able to move forward in a fashion that will be in the best interest of the Gosselin family." Kate's attorney Mark Momjian told ET earlier: "Our client will continue to reside with all eight of her children in the former marital home. This was Kate's primary focus from the very start of the case, and we are very pleased with the final outcome."

In stark contrast to a statement made by Jon Gosselin's attorney yesterday -- saying the couple would remain legally married through the new year -- a Pennsylvania judge has signed their divorce petition, making their split legit.
The judge signed the final papers early Friday morning, making Jon and Kate Gosselin's divorce official. The estranged reality couple separated this past summer and filed for divorce on June 22, 2009.
Jon and Kate have stated over the past several months that they will not move their eight children
from their Pennsylvania home. Both parents said they will move back and forth into the residence to accommodate a joint custody agreement.
