ET confirms with the Los Angeles Police Department that there was no evidence of foul play in the death of Brittany Murphy. Read on for details… Detective Wendi Berndt confirmed to ET that there was no evidence of any suspicious activity found in the death of the 'Clueless' and '8 Mile' star, who died Sunday morning at the age of 32. Brittany Murphy Autopsy Concluded

The autopsy of Brittany Murphy is now done. Ed Winter, the Assistant Chief Coroner for Los Angeles County, tells ET that Murphy's autopsy has concluded, but the results are deferred pending toxicology, histopathology, and neuropathology reports, which could take six to eight weeks to receive. LeAnn Rimes Marriage Dissolution Date Set

A Los Angeles judge has set a date for the dissolution of LeAnn Rimes and Dean Sheremet's marriage. Read on for details… On June 19, 2010, LeAnn and Dean's marital status will be terminated and the parties will be restored to single status under the law, according to court papers. The Marital Settlement Agreement, consisting of 44 pages, will not be filed due to the parties' mutual desire to maintain their privacy. The papers, filed last Thursday by Dean, cite irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. Dean is asking for spousal support from LeAnn and asks that LeAnn pay for attorney fees. ET has the latest... Brittany Murphy's family is now speaking out about the late actress' health before her shocking death on Sunday. The Los Angeles coroner's office tells ET that her family revealed she had been suffering from flu-like symptoms days before she died and that prescription medications were taken from her home. The Los Angeles Chief Coroner Investigator tells ET that Brittany Murphy's cause of death may be "deferred" for several weeks. Craig R. Harvey, CEO for the Department of Coroner County of Los Angeles, tells ET that the autopsy has begun and that they will need time to determine the results. "I can say that the death appears to be an apparent natural death, the cause or causes remain to be determined," Harvey says.
