ET confirms that Charlie Sheen was arrested on domestic violence charges in Aspen, CO, Christmas morning and is being held in jail with no bond. ET has the mug shot. Read on for details... Details obtained from the Aspen Police Department by ET: "On Friday, December 25, 2009 at 8:34AM the Aspen Pitkin County Communications Center received a 911 call regarding a domestic violence situation at 320 West Hallam Street, Aspen, Colorado. Officers from the Aspen Police Department responded immediately to the scene and upon arrival investigated the incident. Officer Rick Magnuson placed Carlos Irwin Estevez , also known as Charlie Sheen, 44, of Encino, California under arrest for Second Degree Assault, a class four felony, Menacing, a class five felony and Criminal Mischief, a class one misdemeanor. A woman reportedly bounded over barriers and knocked down Pope Benedict XVI at a Christmas Eve Mass, pictured here at a previous event with Michelle Obama, in Rome on Thursday. The Associated Press says footage aired on Italian television shows a woman in red jumping the barriers in St. Peter's Basilica and charging the pope as he and his procession walked to the church's main altar. Bodyguards proceeded to contain the woman. The pope, 82, got up quickly and was uninjured, said Rev. Ciro Benedettini, a Vatican spokesman. Benedettini said the woman who shoved the pope seemed mentally unstable and was arrested by Vatican police. A cardinal was also knocked over and taken to the hospital for an examination.

It was a somber scene at Forest Lawn Memorial Park as a small group of family and friends gathered to say goodbye to Brittany Murphy at the late actress' funeral in Los Angeles on Thursday.
About 40 mourners attended the private service, which was said to have been very emotional. Among the guests was actor Eric Balfour.
Family friend and The Hollywood Reporter contributing editor Alex Ben Block tells ET a much larger service for Murphy will take place in January or February, with friends and colleagues who were unable to attend Thursday's funeral.

Brittany Murphy's private funeral is set to take place in Los Angeles on Thursday.
A small, invitation-only funeral for the late actress will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, a family spokesman tells the Associated Press. A larger memorial service might take place early next year.
The ‘Clueless’ and ‘8 Mile’ star died Sunday morning at the age of 32.

Jim Bob Duggar is opening up about how his and wife Michelle's 19th child Josie, born four months premature, is faring. Plus, he details the family’s plans to relocate for the holidays to be closer to the newborn.
"Josie is 2-weeks-old today," Jim Bob tells People.com. "We continue to take things day by day – she remains in the NICU where doctors are tracking her progress."
The site says the Duggars live about 200 miles away from the Little Rock, Ark. hospital where Josie is being cared for – but the family intends to make a temporary move.

Teresa Heinz, the wife of Senator John Kerry, revealed on Wednesday that she is battling breast cancer after receiving "a lifesaving early diagnosis." Read on for details… Heinz wrote in a Pittsburgh Post-Gazette editorial titled "Get that Mammogram," "I was diagnosed and treated for stage one cancer (two different types) in both breasts. The cancer was detected at an early stage thanks to a mammogram and the work of a remarkable physician who insisted on investigating beyond what the mammogram could show. I have had two operations and my prognosis for a full recovery is good." Heinz, 71, urges women to make regular mammograms a priority and said that her illness has "reminded me to slow down, cherish family and friends, and deepen my sense of life as a gift to be unwrapped each day with newfound joy and hope."

"Contrary to what has been falsely reported, Jennifer Hudson is not pregnant. Jennifer leaves in April for South Africa where she will portray Winnie Mandela in the feature film, 'Winnie'. It is a commitment she is excited about and takes very seriously. Jennifer is currently in the studio recording her second album and this is the only delivery she is looking forward to in 2010."

Richard Heene, the man who caused a national uproar when he called in a hoax saying his young son was trapped in an experimental flying device, has been sentenced to jail.The judge handed out the maximum sentence of 90 days in jail, including 60 days work release.
The prosecutor urged the judge to hand out the maximum sentence, saying Richard Heene "wasted a lot of manpower and a lot of money in wanting to get himself some publicity."

With the rumors swirling that Dr. Conrad Murray, who was the late Michael Jackson's physician before his death, is filming a documentary, ET clears up the rumors.
"It's not a project," Dr. Murray's rep tells ET. "A British documentary crew from a production company asked to follow him around on his first day back. Dr. Murray liked the idea and agreed to do it as long as the footage wasn't broadcast until after all the legal proceedings were complete. That could take years."
The rep also tells ET that Murray will be spending his holidays with his family and treating patients.
