Ryan Callahan, the producer who was fired from "The Bachelor" after being accused of having an inappropriate relationship with now-booted contestant Rozlyn Papa, apparently had a prenuptial agreement with his ex wife. ET has the court papers.
The papers, which were filed May 18 of last year, state that Callahan and his wife were married on April 16, 2006 and separated on March 3, 2009 and that they have a prenuptial agreement.
"The parties have a prenuptial agreement in this marriage which directs the resolution of all property in this matter," the papers say.

Actor Dennis Hopper has filed for divorce from his wife of over 13 years while he is battling cancer.
Dennis filed for divorce on Thursday in Los Angeles from his wife Victoria, citing irreconcilable differences. The date of separation was listed as January 12, 2010. Dennis requests that both parties pay attorneys fees, but asks that spousal support be awarded to his wife. He also asks for property rights to be determined.
The couple, who married on April 12, 1996, have a six-year-old daughter named Galen. Dennis is asking that the couple share joint custody.

First Lady Michelle Obama is lending her support to the movement to help Haitian earthquake victims in this new PSA.
"The images from Haiti are heartbreaking. Homes, hospitals and schools are destroyed. Families searching for loved ones, parents trying to feed their children, but we can all do something. We can help the American Red Cross as it delivers the food, water, and medicine that can save lives," the First Lady implores viewers.

Model and new mom Gisele Bündchen has donated a generous amount of money to help the people of Haiti.
According to People, Bündchen wrote a check for a whopping $1.5 million to the Red Cross for its Haitian relief effort.

Former "ER" star Noah Wyle has separated from his wife of over 10 years.
A rep for Noah and wife Tracy tells ET, "Tracy Wyle and Noah Wyle, who separated in late October 2009 have confirmed they have entered into a mediation process," explaining, "Tracy and Noah live in separate residences, however their two children (Owen, 7 and Auden, 4) see both parents daily."

Madonna and Tyler Perry are the latest celebs to pledge their support to the people of Haiti.
"I had planned to give a private donation," Tyler tells ET. "But then I thought about the people who may want to give but don't have the ability to look deeply into some of these organizations." Some scam operations have popped up in recent days, which Tyler calls "cruel."
"If you want to make a donation," he adds, "you can do so to the Tyler Perry Foundation and I will add it to what I'm giving. I can assure you that every dime, 100 percent of what you give will get to an organization that will use it to help the Haitian people."
Madonna is also helping out by pledging a donation to Partners in Health and is urging others to do the same.

While more help is needed, Wyclef Jean has already raised over $1 million for victims in Haiti with a text-based campaign in which cell phone users send "Yele" to 501501 for an automatic $5 donation.
Wyclef teamed up with "Give On The Go," a fundraising division of Red Fish Media.
"100 percent of the donations that are made are given directly to the charity," says Matt McKenna, president of Red Fish Media. "Our goal is to raise $1 million per day for the sufferers of this catastrophe. We are delighted to be chosen by Wyclef as the exclusive mobile donations provider for the Yele Haiti foundation."
