An incident report filed in 2008 has Elizabeth Edwards claiming that her husband and former Senator John Edwards took her wallet following an argument at their North Carolina home. Click HERE to view papers.
The document filed with police says that Elizabeth and her husband got into a spat when he arrived home to find the kids were at dinner with their babysitter. The papers than state that Elizabeth said there was no need for John to be at the house.
After a minor argument in one of the adjoining closets, Elizabeth said in the report that she witnessed John taking her green wallet from the kitchen and leaving the house. She then told police that he drove down to the barn, stayed for ten minutes and then left the estate. Mary Hart was exclusively inside the recording studio where Quincy Jones and Lionel Richie assembled an all-star field of approximately 100 actors and musicians to re-record 'We are the World' to benefit Haitian earthquake victims. Mary, who was the only TV journalist invited inside the event to witness the momentous occasion, said that the song is "phenomenal again!" She added, "Lionel Richie is thrilled with the turnout of stars from P!nk to Jamie Foxx." Recording started at 3 p.m. today and some filming of the event was done in 3-D.Mary, who said that Barbra Streisand was doing a solo, also noted, "Quincy Jones is in total control again." She also said of Richie and Jones: "They say the intensity is 50 times greater than 1985."

Following his rocking performance with Lady Gaga at Sunday night's Grammys, Elton John is moving on to his "next" project. The singing sensation and his partner David Furnish have joined the producing team of Next Fall, a Geoffrey Nauffts play that is bound for Broadway. ET has learned that the show, directed by Sheryl Kaller, will open March 11 at the Helen Hayes Theatre in New York City, and will begin previews on February 16.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie joined director Quentin Tarantino at the Director's Guild of America Awards on Saturday night, disparaging Internet rumors that the couple has broken up.
Brad and Angelina sat next to each other during the ceremony, laughing at 'Precious' director Lee Daniels as he spoke about the 'Inglourious Basterds' director. "You are a walking encyclopedia of cinema," Daniels said of Tarantino.
At the awards, Pitt, dressed in a black suit with a noticeably trimmed beard, introduced Tarantino, even offering up an impression of the director from the podium.

Andrew Young, former aide to John Edwards, appeared on "Good Morning America" on Monday and continued to detail the cover-up of Edwards' affair with ex-mistress Rielle Hunter.
Young talked to "GMA" correspondent George Stephanopoulos and explained their reasoning for not coming clean about Edwards' love child from the beginning. He gave four reasons for not telling the truth including Elizabeth Edwards' health condition and her battle with cancer. "John made it very clear that she was going to die very shortly. He did not want to see Elizabeth die like this with this on the front page," he says, referring to Edwards fathering his mistress' baby.

"The Larry Sanders Show" star and Academy Award nominated actor Rip Torn was taken into custody on Friday in Connecticut under bizarre circumstances.
A representative for the Connecticut State Police Troop B tells ET Torn was taken into custody at the Litchfield Bancorp in Salisbury, CT, following notification that the burglar alarm had gone off. Officers on the scene found a broken window at the rear of the building and a lone white male in the premises.
Police go on to say, at the time of his arrest, Torn, 78, was also in possession of a loaded revolver.
