Mariana Pasternak has watched Martha Stewart work her way up from a Connecticut caterer to a self-made tycoon, and now she's written a tell-all book about that journey.
Pasternak authors the book The Best of Friends: Martha and Me that details her 20 year relationship with the TV personality and how she dealt with testifying against her friend who would later serve a prison sentence.

Adrian Pasdar of "Heroes" has pleaded not guilty to a DUI charge.
Pasdar, 44, wasn't present in court for a Wednesday hearing, and he entered the plea through his attorney, says the Associated Press. A pre-trial hearing is set for March 15.
The actor, who plays soaring senator Nathan Petrelli on "Heroes," was arrested last month and charged with one count of DUI. He is married to Dixie Chicks rocker Natalie Maines.

'Twilight' stud Kellan Lutz, who plays vampire Emmett Cullen in the popular film franchise, is showing his softer side.
Seen in the picture above hugging a rescued mixed-breed dog named Kola, the actor has teamed up with animal rights group PETA to promote the message of adopting dogs rather than buying them.
"I love mutts!" Lutz says enthusiastically in an interview with PETA. "If anything, I think mutts stay the healthiest. ... There are surprisingly so many animals, so many animals in these animal shelters," he says, adding, "It's sad, and knowing that they get euthanized … and there's a lot you can do … spay or neuter your pets so that doesn't happen."

The newly slim and trim Kelly Osbourne is revealing how she took off the pounds and admits she got more flack when she was overweight than when she was a drug addict.
"I took more hell for being fat than I did for being an absolute raging drug addict," she tells Us Weekly. "I will never understand that."
After years of being unmotivated to take the weight off, ("It's hard to get out of a hole you've dug so deeply," she says), the 25-year-old has lost a whopping 42 pounds the old fashioned way -- by diet and exercise.

Former aide to John Edwards, Andrew Young, and his wife Cheri continued to offer up their side of the story on Tuesday's "The Oprah Winfrey Show," even detailing the alleged sex tape of the former senator.
Andrew declined to discuss the contents of the videotape, only saying that the woman is pregnant in the video, but Cheri was more than willing to talk. She told Oprah that the man on the tape, who they say is without a doubt John Edwards, is naked, performing sexual acts and is aware that he is being videotaped. The woman in the video is holding the camera. When asked how a man running for president could participate in such a tape, Andrew called it "narcissism gone wild."

Following the news that his wife Brooke Mueller has left a rehab facility in Malibu, Calif., Charlie Sheen's rep confirms that the actor has entered a rehab treatment center as a "preventative measure."
Sheen's rep says, "As a preventative measure, Charlie Sheen has entered a rehabilitation facility. He will take some time off his series 'Two and a Half Men.' He has asked that his privacy be honored."
Earlier this month, three counts were filed against the actor, a felony menacing count and two misdemeanors (3rd degree assault and criminal mischief), in relation to an alleged domestic violence dispute that occurred last Christmas between him and his wife. The next court date on the matter is set for March 15.

Charlie Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller left a Malibu, CA rehabilitation center Sunday night because details of her stay were leaked, her attorney Yale Galanter tells ET. Galanter tells ET that Mueller was doing well in treatment but left because he claims that details of her stay were released. Galanter is threatening to file a lawsuit on behalf of Mueller, alleging a breach of confidentiality. Galanter goes on to say that since checking out of the rehab center, Mueller is now in a private environment in the Los Angeles area where she is close to her sons.

Amid reports that Elin Nordegren flew back with her husband Tiger Woods to rehab, entertainment columnist Flo Anthony says sources tell her that Elin has no desire to stay in her marriage with the pro golfer.
"I've been told that Elin wants to go. Elin does want a divorce," Flo tells ET, adding she is told that Tiger is trying to talk his wife into staying. "He is talking to her, saying, 'We need to try to work this through.' ... He would like his marriage to work. He would like to see his children."
Tiger and Elin have been splattered all over tabloid headlines since the pro golfer's car accident outside his Florida home in November. After the incident, women started coming forward claiming to have been romantically involved with Tiger.
