"America's Got Talent" winner Terry Fator and his celebrity friends celebrated his one year anniversary headlining at The Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Stars Shine at Wallis Annenberg Groundbreaking

William H. Macy and more celebs helped celebrate the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts groundbreaking in Beverly Hills.  "I've always thought if you build the theater and do good work, they will come," William tells ET. "Los Angeles isn't known as a theater town, but I happen to know there are a lot of people here who love theater." The actor spoke at the ceremony, where the organization took a big step in realizing their dream of a performance space at the site of the historic Beverly Hills Post Office. Erin Andrews on Stalker’s Sentence: I Would Like a Longer Sentence

An emotional Erin Andrews bravely spoke at a press conference Monday in Los Angeles following the sentencing of her stalker, and the ESPN reporter detailed how her life has been affected and how she is coping with the situation. Michael Barrett, 49, was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison for secretly videotaping Andrews and posting nude videos of her on the Internet. He also pleaded guilty to interstate stalking back in December.  "I would have liked longer time," Andrews said, "but I know that the judge obviously did the best he could with the parameters that are set, but I'm glad that he'll be away from anyone he could harm for the next 30 months." Erin Andrews’ Stalker Sentenced to Prison

A man who pleaded guilty to the interstate stalking of ESPN reporter Erin Andrews has been sentenced to prison. Michael Barrett, who recorded nude videos of Andrews through peepholes and then posted them on the Internet, was sentenced on Monday in Los Angeles to two-and-a-half years in federal prison.  Barrett, 49, was also ordered to pay Andrews $7,366 in restitution. Rep for Charlie Sheen Shares Court Details

After Charlie Sheen pleaded not guilty to three counts related to an alleged domestic violence incident, his representative shared details about Monday's hearing with the press. "Charlie looks forward to the trial to clear his name," Stan Rosenfield said. "It was very quick," Rosenfield said of the court hearing. "The judge came in, asked a few questions, there were a couple of dates entered into by the judge for pre-trial hearing and things of that nature. A date was agreed upon for the trial. Charlie Sheen Pleads Not Guilty

Charlie Sheen pleaded not guilty on Monday to three counts related to an alleged domestic violence incident involving his wife Brooke. Sheen was arrested on Christmas Day and later charged with a felony menacing count and two misdemeanors (3rd degree assault and criminal mischief). The next court date has been set for July 21, and Sheen's rep Stan Rosenfield said, "Charlie is looking forward for this opportunity to clear his name." Read More »

In new video, Charlie Sheen arrives at a Colorado court for an arraignment hearing related to his Christmas Day arrest on domestic violence allegations. Sheen, dressed in a black suit and wearing sunglasses, appeared composed as he walked into the courthouse. In February, three counts were filed against the actor, a felony menacing count and two misdemeanors (3rd degree assault and criminal mischief), in relation to the alleged domestic violence dispute between Sheen and his wife Brooke that took place on Christmas. Kate Winslet and Husband Sam Mendes Have Split

ET has the latest... Kate Winslet and her director husband Sam Mendes are calling it quits. The British law firm Shillings said in a statement that the pair, who've been married since 2003, split earlier this year and that the break-up was "entirely amicable and is by mutual agreement" and that "both parties are fully committed to the future joint parenting of their children." Winslet and Mendes have one son together. Mendes directed Winslet in 2008's 'Revolutionary Road,' which she won a Golden Globe for. Read More »
