Rachel Uchitel, who became infamous during the Tiger Woods sex scandal, now claims she also had an affair with David Boreanaz -- with text messages now coming into public view.
While previously saying the actor "is not part of my life," Uchitel and her attorney Gloria Allred have both released statements to ET after text messages purportedly between the two were posted on RadarOnline.com.
Allred tells ET: "Rachel Uchitel had a romantic relationship with David Boreanaz. She understood that he was unhappy in his marriage and had been for some time and she had reason to believe that he intended to separate from his wife. He continually asked Ms. Uchitel to be patient and to wait for him. Does Ashton Kutcher want to have a baby with his wife Demi Moore? Ashton discusses the possibility of daddyhood and dishes secrets about Demi's fab figure on tonight's "Nightline." Ashton, who's helped raise Demi and Bruce Willis' three daughters, tells "Nightline" co-anchor Cynthia McFadden that he doesn't know whether or not he and Demi will eventually welcome a child of their own. "There's something awfully attractive about having our third girl [Demi and Bruce's youngest daughter, Tallulah Belle] -- she's 16 now, she's gaining some independence," Ashton says. "There's a level of independence that we've never had in our relationship… and an ability to just spend time together doing things, that I think that we might want to take advantage of."

FOX's New York affiliate reports that a witness has spoken out with claims that could significantly impact the rape case against NFL great Lawrence Taylor.
FOX 5 reports that the witness, a 23-year-old strip club dancer, lives with the alleged 16-year-old victim in the same house. The witness reportedly claims she was waiting in a car outside the Ramapo, New York Holiday Inn the night Taylor was accused of raping the alleged victim, and that the 16-year-old told her upon returning to the car from her purported 45-minute meeting with Taylor that he did not have sex with her.
"She wasn't sad, mad or anything like that. She was like, I guess, just like 'Wow,' she just got paid $300 and didn't have sex with him," the witness reportedly told investigators about the alleged victim's supposed mindset after seeing Taylor. "Basically she told him that she was 19," the witness added.

Michael Jackson's ex-wife Lisa Marie Presley is asking fans to help fill "the large empty space" surrounding parts of Michael's burial site with silk sunflowers, because, she says, "…he would want and deserves more than what is there."
In a MySpace blog entry posted today titled "Greetings MJ Fans," Lisa Marie writes: "While visiting [Michael's tomb] a few days ago at Forest Lawn, [my daughter] Riley and I couldn't help but notice that, while there are a few bouquets, candles and gifts, there is a very large empty space around him and in front of him that could use a whole lot more.

A judge has ordered Sean Penn -- who was videotaped kicking a photographer last year -- to undergo anger-management counseling as part of his sentence for pleading no contest to a vandalism charge in the case.
Penn was also sentenced to three years of informal probation and 300 hours of community service, Los Angeles city attorney's spokesman Frank Mateljan told the Associated Press on Wednesday.
The Oscar winner can complete his community service hours through his Haiti earthquake relief efforts, Mateljan says.

James Van Praagh, who last year warned Barbara Walters that she might face heart problems in the future (much to Walters' chagrin), tells ET he wishes "The View" co-host all the best with her upcoming surgery.
"Last year, during my appearance on 'The View,' Barbara Walters and I spoke backstage. I told Barbara in private that I saw an irregularity with her blood and to keep an eye on it. Ryan Phillippe is opening up about his relationship with ex-wife Reese Witherspoon and his dating life after splitting from longtime girlfriend Abbie Cornish.

Former First Lady Laura Bush comes to ET for a personal interview with our Mary Hart.
Mrs. Bush visits ET to talk about her just released memoir, Spoken From the Heart, which covers her life before she met and married former President George W. Bush to her present return to private life after eight years in the White House.
"I had worried about George really, about the transition," Mrs. Bush tells Mary. "The President of the United States has every problem in the world on his desk and then the next day when he's not president, his desk is clean. But he's done great. It's been a real, fairly easy transition."
