Lindsay Lohan Ordered to Wear Alcohol Monitoring Device

"The SCRAM device has to be on you within 24 hours," Judge Marsha Revel told Lindsay Lohan at today's court hearing, solidifying one of the conditions of her bail set by the judge last week. In addition to the alcohol-monitoring device, Lindsay must also start random drug testing at a minimum of once a week. "Without fail, she must attend once a week," Judge Revel -- who suspended her vacation to handle the case -- declared in court Monday morning. "Failure to show is the same as a dirty test." A bench warrant was issued for the starlet when she failed to appear at her mandatory court appearance last week. It was later revoked when she posted bail. At today's hearing, documents were presented to show that Lindsay had a plane ticket to travel back to Los Angeles, but was unable to fly because she was missing her passport. ... Read More »

The late Brittany Murphy's husband, Simon Monjack, was found dead late Sunday night in the same Los Angeles home where the actress passed away back in December, and now Hollywood.tv had the all-new footage of the scene outside the house just moments after he was pronounced dead. "This evening, Mr. Monjack was found unresponsive," Ed Winter of the Los Angeles County Coroner Department said. "His death is under investigation. It appears to be natural. Lindsay Lohan on the Defensive on Eve of Court Hearing

Hollywood.tv sat down with Lindsay Lohan on Sunday shortly after her arrival back in Los Angeles from Cannes. The troubled actress has a court hearing set for this morning in Beverly Hills to get an update on her probation status. Lindsay said she is confident she won't be sent to prison or rehab. "I don't see what reason I would go to prison for. I’ve been more than in compliance with everything having to do with the court system," she asserted. Calling her estranged father Michael Lohan "erratic" and "a convicted felon," Lindsay maintained that "I don't have any connection with my father" and he's "the only person who ever suggested" that she serve time in prison. Katherine Heigl: I Left ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ to Be a Full-Time Mom

While promoting her new action-comedy 'Killers,' co-starring Ashton Kutcher and Tom Selleck and in theaters June 4, Katherine Heigl admitted to ET's Samantha Harris that she regrets leaving "Grey's Anatomy" every day, but said she's grateful that she chose to raise her baby daughter Naleigh full-time instead. "It was a really hard choice to make and you never quite know, 'Was it the right choice or the wrong choice?'" Katherine said of leaving "Greys." "But the only thing that gives me solace is knowing that if I hadn't [left], I wouldn't have had these months with Naleigh that have just sort of solidified our relationship." "I needed that to happen," she continued. "I really needed her to get that I'm her mom. And I needed to show her that, I couldn't just tell her." Read More »

Judge Delays Vacation to Handle Lindsay Lohan Case

The judge who issued a bench warrant for Lindsay Lohan on Thursday is reportedly taking time out of her vacation to preside over the actress' next scheduled hearing on Monday. Judge Marsha N. Revel was supposed to start her vacation on Monday -- with another judge overseeing Lohan's court date -- but Revel has decided to use her first vacation day to handle Lohan's hearing, a court spokesman tells the Los Angeles Times. Revel issued the warrant for Lohan's arrest -- which was later recalled when Lohan paid a $10,000 bail bond -- after the actress failed to appear at her mandatory court hearing. She was reportedly stuck in France, claiming her passport was stolen while she was at the Cannes Film Festival. Read More »
