Lindsay Lohan’s Lawyer ‘Extremely Disappointed’

The attorney for Lindsay Lohan is speaking out against the judge's decision to send the actress to jail for 90 days and rehab for an additional 90 days. In a statement to ET, attorney Shawn Chapman Holley says: "Ms. Lohan and I are extremely disappointed in the sentence handed down by Judge [Marsha N.] Revel. We believe that the penalty is far harsher than what others would have received under similar circumstances. To be punished so severely for doing so, particularly in light of the fact that she substantially complied with each of her probationary conditions, is harsh and unfair. Jaycee Dugard: Parole Agents Blew Opportunities to Rescue Me

A new report from the California attorney general's office alleges that state parole agents interacted with Jaycee Dugard and her older daughter while they were allegedly being held captive by Phillip Garrido, but the agents "failed to investigate their identities or their relationship to Garrido."
