Mel Gibson's ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva was spotted by Hollywood.tv cameras going into a law offices building in Santa Monica, Calif. on Thursday. In the footage, Grigorieva steps out of her car and into the Law Offices of James Spertus, according to HTV. ET was streaming live this morning from the Los Angeles courthouse where the face-off between lawyers for Grigorieva and Gibson took place. Following the release of several audio recordings by Radar Online of Mel Gibson lashing out at his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, the website reports that they also have a text message from the actor that could play a part in Gibson's domestic violence investigation. According to Radar, the text reads: "Oksana, I wasn't safe for you last night." The text was reportedly sent the day after Gibson allegedly got into a physical altercation with Grigorieva while she was holding their baby Lucia. Radar reports that Gibson sent more texts, asking Grigorieva to see her so that he could make amends. Grigorieva responded, in part, according to Radar, "I have two broken front teeth and a concussion.  I can not c u today, I'm hurting." Lindsay Lohan was booked and began serving her 90-day sentence Tuesday for a probation violation -- and on Wednesday, the 24-year-old star's mother and sister visited the jail where she is in custody. People.com reports that Dina and Ali Lohan went to the Lynwood, CA facility for an hour on Wednesday, although it isn't clear if they saw Lindsay. 'The Terminator' himself, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, jokingly compared Mel Gibson to the oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico. The late Brittany Murphy's mother, Sharon Murphy, is speaking out about the preliminary autopsy findings regarding her son-in-law Simon Monjack, who died of pneumonia last May "just like Brittany," a spokesman for the Los Angeles County coroner said. "I am still in shock and mourning over the deaths of my daughter Brittany and son-in-law Simon," Sharon said. "It is with great relief that Simon’s preliminary autopsy findings have been released, so the media speculations can stop… As I was sure of, just like my daughter Brittany, there was no kind of drug overdose."
