Court documents filed Thursday in Houston confirm that Michael Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, is being investigated for manslaughter, says a new report.
The Associated Press reports that Dr. Murray, who was with Jackson on the day he died last June, is the target of a manslaughter investigation.
On Wednesday, ET confirmed that the Houston office of Dr. Murray was being searched by authorities. See the papers here and here.

Actress and activist Angelina Jolie has returned to Iraq for her third trip as a Goodwill Ambassador for the UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees), and she discuss the "progress" she has seen. Jolie made the trip to offer support to the hundreds of thousands of Iraqis that are displaced within their own country, according to the UN agency, which estimates that 1.6 million Iraqis have been internally displaced since February 2006. The actress' day-long visit to Baghdad included a visit to a makeshift settlement, where Jolie met with four families, the UNHCR says.

Dita premiered her "Cointreau Teese" cocktail at her signature "Be Cointreauversial" show on Wednesday night. The evening also marked the U.S. debut of her “Le Bain Noir” show from the Crazy Horse Paris. Stars on hand for the event included Wilmer Valderrama, Margaret Cho, Jewel and others.
The eyebrow-raising performance was in honor of the Cointreau Teese: a blend of Cointreau, apple juice and violet essence served in a violet-hued martini glass with a hint of ginger around the rim, and garnished with an edible violet flower.

A private funeral service for Walter Cronkite was held in Manhattan on Thursday. Read on for details...
A massive crowed gathered outside St. Bartholomew's Church prior to the service. Mourners arrived to pay their last respects to the TV legend as his casket, draped in gold and red cloth, was brought into the church. News veterans such as Dan Rather, Diane Sawyer, Barbara Walters, Ann Curry, and Connie Chung were in attendance.
Cronkite's son Chip, "60 Minutes" commentator Andy Rooney and producer Sanford Socolow were scheduled to speak at the service.

The WWE has two big shots coming to "Monday Night Raw."
"Entourage" actor Jeremy Piven and NBA all-star Shaquille O'Neal are getting in the ring to host the wrestling program, according to WWE's Web site.
Shaq will host "Monday Night Raw" in Washington, D.C., while Piven will host in two weeks. Piven is appearing on the program to promote his new film 'The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard,' hitting theaters August 14.

Several department workers at the Los Angeles County Coroner's office improperly looked up Michael Jackson's death certificate.
Chief Investigator Craig Harvey tells the Los Angeles Times that only the person investigating the cause of death needs access to the death certificate, but some staff members printed copies of the file before it became a public record.
Harvey also told the paper that the document is stored in a computer system supervised by the state, and had been viewed more than 300 times.
