This Monday marks the highly anticipated probate hearing on Michael Jackson's will, and attorney Herb Nass, author of Wills of the Rich and Famous, tells ET what to expect. Yesterday, an agreement was reached between Katherine Jackson and Debbie Rowe (the birth mother of Jackson's older children, Prince and Paris), naming Katherine as the sole guardian of her son's children, and Nass says this takes one big issue off the table for Monday's hearing. "This agreement just vindicates and ratifies what Michael Jackson said in his will," says Nass, "and he also named other people as the executors in his will, so the fact that this is being supported by Katherine Jackson as in accordance with his will might hurt her in her bid to become an additional executor of that will." Proceeds from Michael Jackson Memorial Donated

AEG, the company that owns the Staples Center, has donated some of the proceeds from Michael Jackson's public memorial to a nonprofit organization supporting the LAPD. "We told people that paid $5,000 for suites for the Michael Jackson memorial that the money would be donated to the L.A. Police Foundation. The service was 24 days ago. We pay bills within 30 days. The check was cut yesterday and was to be mailed today. We can confirm the check has been delivered," an AEG rep tells us. AEG donated a total of $90,000 to the foundation. Read More »
