Charlie Sheen and Wife Ask Judge to Allow Charlie to Visit in Hospital

Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke are asking a judge to modify a restraining order so that Charlie can visit Brooke in the ICU. According to a motion filed by Charlie's attorney, Charlie is currently at a Los Angeles hospital where Brooke is being cared for, but has not made contact with her so as not to violate the restraining order put in place after Charlie was arrested on domestic violence charges on Christmas Day 2009. The motion asks that Charlie be allowed to "contact and communicate with [Brooke] for so long as she is hospitalized subject to [Brooke's] right to terminate any interaction at the time of her choosing." The motion stipulates that a lawyer for Brooke has advised that she is also asking for the restraining order to be lifted. Read More »

Brooke Mueller Admitted to ICU

Charlie Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller was admitted to a hospital ICU suffering from an infection. Brooke, who couldn't make it to a scheduled court date today due to an emergency oral surgery, was admitted to the ICU with a high fever and was given antibiotics. Her lawyer, Yale Galanter, tells ET that she should be released today. The hearing regarding Charlie's Christmas Day arrest on domestic violence charges has been rescheduled for Friday, according to Yale, who told ET, "The goal is to have Brooke make it to the hearing on Friday," adding the caveat that he doesn't know "if she is in any condition to travel." Report: Tiger Woods Spotted

A new reports claims to know the whereabouts of Tiger Woods. RadarOnline.com has posted a photo purported to be the embattled golf star outside a sexual addiction clinic in Hattiesburg, MI. If the photo proves to be Woods, it is the first public spotting since crashing his car into a tree this past November. According to the report, Tiger checked into the Gentle Path program, part of Pine Grove Behavioral Health and Addiction Services. The facility reportedly houses a sexual addiction program created by Dr. Patrick Carnes, who is said to be a leader in treatment for sexually compulsive behavior. Read More »

Anna Kournikova’s Mom Arrested After Son Allegedly Jumps From Window

Alla Vadimirovna Kournikova, the mother of tennis great Anna Kournikova, was arrested on charges of child neglect Tuesday afternoon in Florida after police learned that her son was allegedly left alone and jumped out of a window. According to a Palm Beach Police Department probable cause affidavit obtained by ET, Kournikova knowingly left her five-year-old son by himself in excess of 50 minutes with the doors to the residence locked by deadbolt. The child later jumped out of a second-story window to get out of the house -- 15 feet down to a crushed stone walkway -- and entered the backyard pool to soothe his injured feet. Roman Polanski Lawyers Fight Back

Lawyers for Roman Polanski are reportedly criticizing prosecutors of the film director's 32-year-old sex case. The Associated Press reports that Polanski's attorneys Chad Hummell and Bart Dalton on Tuesday maintained that Polanski should be sentenced in absentia (while not present) -- and they criticized the district attorney in the case. Medical Emergency Postpones Charlie Sheen’s Court Date

Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller's court hearing scheduled for Wednesday has been delayed. Mueller asked to participate in the hearing via telephone due to a medical emergency situation, but the judge denied her request.  Mueller had to have oral surgery. Jeff Conaway Undergoing Hip Surgery

Former "Celebrity Rehab" patient Jeff Conaway is having surgery to repair his hip. The actor is undergoing the procedure tonight after slipping on some water on his kitchen floor yesterday, Conaway’s reps tell us. They add that he is in good spirits, if a bit frustrated by the injury. Conaway was on the first season of VH1's "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" as well as a season of "Celebrity Fit Club."
