Just In: Arrest Report for Paris Hilton’s Boyfriend Cy Waits

ET has obtained the arrest report for Paris Hilton's boyfriend Cy Waits, following the socialite's arrest in Las Vegas over the weekend for allegedly being in possession of cocaine. Waits, former nightclub mogul for Wynn and Encore in Las Vegas, was pulled over in his Escalade for a traffic violation on Friday, August 27 at 11:22 p.m. The officer wrote in his report, "I could smell marijuana coming out of the vehicle, pulled up to passenger side and driver stated he just got done smoking." The report also states that a "roach," a "white piece of rolled paper with green, leafy substance inside," was retrieved from the vehicle. The officer said Waits had a female, Hilton, in the passenger side of the SUV, and he was wearing a button-up shirt, dress pants and nice shoes. Angelina Jolie: Pakistan’s Flood Victims Need More Help

Angelina Jolie is making a plea for more help for the victims of Pakistan's floods, which have devastated much of the country. The UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador is appealing for greater public support for efforts to provide humanitarian relief to the millions of people whose lives have been dramatically altered by the massive natural disaster. "One-fifth of Pakistan is under water and the threat of disease now looms for 20 million affected people," says Angelina. "This is not just a humanitarian crisis; it is an economic and social catastrophe. UNHCR is on the ground. Husband: Zsa Zsa Gabor in Stable Condition

Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt offers ET an update on his wife's health. Von Anhalt says Gabor is being treated by doctors in the emergency room, but she is in stable condition. He says his 93-year-old wife was in considerable pain Tuesday morning and then stopped responding, which prompted him to call 911. Zsa Zsa Gabor is being rushed to the hospital after being found unresponsive.  Her rep tells ET that she's being rushed to the hospital. In an exclusive new interview with People magazine, on newsstands Friday, the 65-year-old 'Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps' star gets candid about his health battle and reveals how wife Catherine Zeta-Jones and their children, 10-year-old Dylan and 7-year-old Carys, have reacted to the news. Two weeks ago it was revealed that a tumor was discovered in the Oscar winner's throat and he will endure eight weeks of radiation and chemotherapy.
