Kim Kardashian Toasts Newlyweds LaLa Vazquez and Carmelo Anthony

ET has the video of Kim Kardashian's heartfelt toast to her "closest best friend" LaLa Vazquez on her wedding day.

"You are truly, I can honestly say, one of my closest, best friends, and I can tell you anything and know it stays here," Kim said at LaLa's reception as Ciara and Serena Williams and Kelly Rowland stood next to her onstage.

She added jokingly, saying of the couple's 3-year-old son, "And Kiyan, I hope he grows up and can be my boyfriend one day because he's so cute!"
