Document: Melissa Etheridge’s Ex Seeks Full Custody of Children

Less than one week after Melissa Etheridge filed to end her domestic partnership with Tammy Lynn Michaels, Michaels struck back legally -- seeking full custody of their twin toddlers.

ET has obtained Michaels' court filing, in which she asks for full custody of daughter Johnnie, 3, and son Miller, 3. Michaels also seeks spousal support from Etheridge and lists their date of separation as April 14, 2010.
