"Scrubs" actress Sarah Chalke and her fiancé are expecting their first bundle of joy!

People.com reports that Chalke, 32, and her fiancé, entertainment lawyer Jamie Afifi, are expecting the baby this winter.

The two got engaged in December 2006 while in Hawaii.
