Rehab Center Seeks $75,000 from Casey Johnson’s Estate
A rehab center claims it treated the late Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson and that she owed the facility nearly $75,000. ET has the court papers.
Renaissance Malibu filed the five-figure creditor's claim against Johnson's estate on Monday. The facility alleges that on August 30, 2009, Johnson signed up for 30 days there at a cost of $58,250, and goes on to claim that she subsequently sought further services including "13 additional therapy sessions and prescriptions" totaling $16,500.
Johnson was found dead on January 4 at the age of 30 due to diabetic ketoacidosis, a complication related to diabetes.
