"D List" star Kathy Griffin stepped out with Bristol Palin's ex-fiance Levi Johnston Sunday evening.

Levi -- the father to former Alaska governor Sarah Palin's grandchild -- escorted Kathy to the "Teen Choice 2009" awards, ET confirms. Kathy tells ET that she wanted to bring a teenager to the awards ceremony.
