Jamie Oliver: Food Revolution ‘Isn’t Just About Obesity’
Renowned British cook Jamie Oliver sits down with ET and describes his quest to make America healthier -- and he shares details about how his mission has been developing with his new eye-opening series "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution."
"I just wanted to get to the heart of the problem…," Jamie says of his visit to Huntington, West Virginia. "[I wanted to] work with the community, work in homes, work in schools and really sort of tell the story, you know, instead of reading about the bad health in America and the statistics, see it…be touched by it."
Jamie says he hopes the series will touch parents and personalize grim health statistics in a way that will motivate them to make better decisions regarding their children's food.
