Kate Winslet and Husband Sam Mendes Have Split

Kate Winslet and her director husband Sam Mendes are calling it quits.

The British law firm Shillings said in a statement that the pair, who've been married since 2003, split earlier this year and that the break-up was "entirely amicable and is by mutual agreement" and that "both parties are fully committed to the future joint parenting of their children." Winslet and Mendes have one son together.

Mendes directed Winslet in 2008's 'Revolutionary Road,' which she won a Golden Globe for.
