Casey Johnson Autopsy Report Revealed
ET has obtained the autopsy report of the late Casey Johnson. Read on for details.
In the report, Johnson's death is attributed to Diabetic Ketoacidosis. The report indicates that the Johnson & Johnson heiress, referred to as Sale Johnson in the report, died of natural causes and that there was no evidence of a traumatic injury or infectious disease. Diabetic ketoacidosis is a complication of diabetes that occurs when the body does not have insulin or enough insulin. When this happens, fat is used instead, thus causing byproducts of fat breakdown, called ketones, to build up in the body.
The report said that Johnson, who was found dead on January 4 at the age of 30, was found in her bed with the following medications present: over-the-counter Motrin, insulin, and clonazepam. The coroner's reports claims Johnson had a history of "possible excess use of Nyquil."
