Reports: Nicole Richie and Joel Madden Are Engaged
After years of dating and parenting two young children, Joel Madden popped the question to Nicole Richie.
According to People, Nicole accepted Joel's proposal. In an episode of "The Late Show with David Letterman" set to air on Friday night, Nicole is expected to share the big news and debut her ring.
Joel tweeted Monday night that he and his longtime love are engaged.
