Evangelist Oral Roberts Passes Away

Evangelist Oral Roberts has died of pneumonia complications, according to a report. He was 91.

The minister passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 15 in Newport Beach, California after being hospitalized on Saturday following a fall, his spokesperson told the Associated Press.

Roberts used the power of broadcasting and publications to deliver his message.  In 1963, Oral Roberts University was chartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
