DJ AM Estate Files Wrongful Death Suit
The estate of Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein is suing several companies and individuals, including Clay Lacy Aviation, the company that chartered the Learjet plane that crashed in September 2008 in South Carolina. Read on for details.
In court documents obtained by ET, Goldstein's estate claims that the plane crash "ultimately caused" his death.
The estate claims that Goldstein "suffered severe pre and post-impact injury, including but not limited to, severe burns to his body from the post-impact fire, damage to property, pain, suffering, and emotional distress."
